Designers choose substantial pieces that last longer so you dont have to constantly keep replacing them.

Designers also have access to one of a kind pieces at discounted rates. We transfer a portion of trade discount to you.

The easiest way to budget is to go to the website of your favorite store and add the mid-range items of furniture, furnishings and a few decorative accents. They dont have to be cohesive :). Check the cart value, this should give you a fair idea of how much you should budget for the space.
